How do Carret Design mats are they eco-responsible?
All of our rugs are handmade from recycled plastic bottles. This durable material is part of a process ofcircular economy and zero waste.
What are the delivery times ?
The shipment is made in 3 to 5 weeks.
Our rugs are handcrafted on demand. Their manufacture can therefore take a little time, but the quality of our parts for an affordable price will make you forget this expectation!
In which country are the rugs made?
All our rugs are handcrafted by passionate artisans in India, a country known for its ancestral rug weaving skills.
How to pay in installments free of charge?
With Klarna, we offer you the possibility of spreading your payment by paying in installments. It's simple, secure and free of charge!
How it works ?
Choose Klarna as your payment method during checkout. You can pay in 3X without any additional costs.
Simply enter your bank details as for a classic payment. The validation of your order is instantaneous.
You will then receive an email with the payment schedule and then a reminder 3 days before each due date.
This type of payment is available for all orders between 100€ and 2000€.
Cards accepted are cards issued in France visa, mastercard and Amex.
Prepaid, virtual and systematic authorization cards are not accepted.
In which countries do you deliver?
We ship worldwide. Delivery is free for all countries.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping costs are offered worldwide, with no minimum purchase.
When will I receive my order ?
You will receive notification emails at each stage of the journey of your package.
Please provide us with a valid email address that you check frequently in order to receive news of your package, which is eager to arrive at your doorstep!
Why didn't I receive an email regarding my order?
- Your email address may be out of date.
- You may have deactivated all e-mails from us.
- You may have an anti-spam system that sent our confirmation email to your unwanted emails
Check the email you have registered in your account and turn off all spam blockers that may place our emails in spam.
How can I track my order?
If you want to track your order, go to the tracking page with the order number that you will find in the order confirmation email.

I can't find the right size/color, can you help me?
As we produce our carpets for each of your requests, we can of course make custom dimensions or change the color of a pattern.
